Side-venture proposal for Eva Martinez

Build Cebu Condo Care with VAOS Systems + Advisory

A partner-only kickoff path for a digital Cebu condo-care business: software, booking infrastructure, operating protocols, basic SEO, and BenjaminCFO advisory.

Review the Pitch Begin VAOS Configuration — ₱80,000

Technology and advisory services. Results vary.

Built from the ground up

Cebu Condo Care is a pre-launch venture. The website and initial systems are underway, but the business is not represented as having a mature client book. The paid setup phase establishes the operating model, configures the systems, obtains current Cebu inputs, and calculates initial unit economics.

A digital coordination layer for condo and personal care

Market

Foreign and remote owners need dependable digital discovery and service coordination. Existing Cebu competitors validate demand. Differentiation comes from foreigner-friendly booking, communication, protocols, provider coordination, and quality oversight.

Service model

Cebu Condo Care can route demand to qualified independent providers instead of employing every worker directly.

Initial areas: Cebu IT Park, Lahug, Cebu Business Park, Mandani Bay, Mandaue, and nearby condominium communities as capacity allows.

Digital-first Year 1

No retail storefront is planned during Year 1. The company will still require a lawful registered address, BIR and applicable LGU registration, business banking, secure document and supply storage, portable cleaner kits, PPE, uniforms, checklists, inventory controls, training space when required, and appropriate insurance.

How the software engagement works

1. Initial configuration

₱80,000 pays for systems configuration. The operating company separately funds registration, providers, supplies, insurance, advertising, compliance, and working capital.

2. Ongoing expenses and provider wages

Provider and worker compensation is an operating-company expense outside the VAOS checkout. Approved costs are paid from the company account. No unnecessary retail lease is planned during Year 1.

3. Vendor retainer

Launch Partner is $500 USD per month, beginning the first full month after Phase 1 acceptance and public go-live. It covers the written VAOS, basic SEO, systems support, and BenjaminCFO advisory scope. Advertising, legal/tax work, providers, insurance, government fees, and unlimited custom work are excluded.

4. Company operating costs

Provider pay, taxes, direct service costs, essential operating expenses, and reserves are managed by Cebu Condo Care outside the VAOS checkout.

5. Data and access

Cebu Condo Care retains its business records and customer data. VAOS and Stripe act as contracted technology providers/processors. Administrative access, exports, security controls, and offboarding are defined in the service and data-processing terms.

One setup payment now

Launch Partner — later

$500/mo

Begins only after Phase 1 acceptance and public go-live. It will be billed through a separate invoice or checkout and is not charged by the ₱80,000 setup payment.

Clear billing: Pay ₱80,000 now for VAOS configuration. The $500/month Launch Partner starts only after Phase 1 acceptance and public go-live, through separate billing—not this checkout.

Expanded retainers may be considered after Phase 1. They are not open for purchase on this page.

Partner pitch — Lean Canvas

The business model on one page, followed by the operating and cash answers Eva requested. Partnership economics appear here, not in the software checkout.

01 · Problem

Remote care is hard to coordinate

Foreign and remote owners struggle to discover, verify, schedule, and oversee dependable Cebu condo care. Communication, access, service quality, and follow-through vary.

02 · Customer segments

Owners, hosts, expats, and care households

US and foreign condo owners, STR hosts, expats, vacationers, older residents, and PWD households in IT Park, Lahug, CBP, Mandani Bay, Mandaue, and nearby communities.

03 · Unique value proposition

Foreigner-friendly care coordination

Simple booking, clear communication, documented protocols, provider coordination, and quality oversight—without needing to employ every service provider directly.

04 · Solution

A digital booking and operating layer

VAOS-supported intake, booking, provider applications, reporting, and service protocols for cleaning, housekeeping, STR turnovers, laundry/linen, meal preparation, errands, and non-medical companionship.

05 · Channels

Search, referrals, and local networks

Google discovery, defined basic SEO, answer-friendly site content, owner and expat communities, partner-provider referrals, and Eva/Benjamin co-promotion.

06 · Revenue streams

Bookings first

Customer service bookings create the initial revenue. Later opportunities may include partner-provider programs and distributor-rate VAOS expansion when the operating model is proven.

07 · Cost structure

Provider-first and digital-first

Provider pay, direct costs, supplies, kits, storage, BIR/LGU, banking, insurance, ads, software, administration, and reserves. No unnecessary retail lease is planned in Year 1.

08 · Key metrics

Prove repeatable unit economics

Bookings per week, contribution margin, provider capacity, reserve coverage, repeat rate, ratings, remediation rate, acquisition cost, and break-even volume.

09 · Unfair advantage

Systems plus local execution

VAOS infrastructure, BenjaminCFO controls, Eva’s Philippine CEO leadership, Weshie Mellijor’s executive administration, and an aligned provider network.

10 · Eva’s five answers

Clear startup, cash, retainer, and control

  • ₱80,000 funds setup; the operating company funds operations
  • Providers are paid before bonuses or distributions
  • $500/month begins after Phase 1 acceptance and go-live
  • No revenue bonus during Months 1–6; reserves come first
  • The Philippine operating company owns its business data and assets

Payment purchases software and implementation. Corporate ownership is documented separately.

Professional review required

Contractor classification, BIR/LGU obligations, privacy and data-processing terms, insurance, regulated clinical services, cross-border tax, limitation of liability, governing law, and dispute language require qualified professional review.

Setup sequence

  1. The customer reviews the software scope and linked commercial terms.
  2. The customer electronically accepts the checkout terms.
  3. The customer pays the one-time ₱80,000 setup fee.
  4. The paid operating-model meeting establishes real Cebu inputs.
  5. Prices, payouts, margins, and working capital are calculated.
  6. VAOS systems are configured and tested.
  7. Phase 1 is reviewed against the acceptance checklist.
  8. The business goes live.
  9. The separate $500/month Launch Partner billing begins the first full month afterward.

The ₱80,000 checkout does not charge the $500 monthly retainer and does not issue equity. Ownership is documented separately after professional review.
